Founder and Executive Director of NOURISH Farm-to-Family Philanthropy, Carol is an honors graduate in business from UW-Madison and earned her MBA from Marquette University. Before founding NOURISH, she was a Brand Manager at Sargento Cheese and Johnsonville Sausage, respectively. Her consulting work has been featured in such publications as The Wisconsin Business Journal and The New York Times. She has a passion for good food and creative marketing. Carol lives in Sheboygan with her husband, two children and circles the cat. |

Director of Culinary Operations and Principal Professional Chef of NOURISH, Mike has had success in many different segments of the food industry for almost 30 years. Before joining NOURISH, Mike worked as a Head Chef at Rupp's of Sheboygan , Culinary Consultant for many award-winning restaurants, Territory Manager for Kraft Food service and most recently as the Corporate Executive Chef for Johnsonville Sausage. He has cooked for a vice-president (Dick Cheney) and made several appearances on national and international television (The Food Network, Good Morning America and The Golf Channel). Mike has a clear enthusiasm for teaching people to love high-quality food and lives in Sheboygan with his wife and two children.
