Spend 2 hours at a local farm learning about sustainable farming practices and helping around the farm. Common activities include: weeding, planting and harvesting produce.
Next you'll head to a local shelter where you will prepare a meal using the produce harvested at the farm. Your group will work alongside local Chefs to create a nutritious meal that is shared side by side with the shelter residents. Common activities include: making salads, basic meal prep, table setting and clean up.
