May’s Harvest of the Month is… Culinary Herbs!

Herbs carry unique antioxidants, essential oils, vitamins, and many other plant derived nutrient substances which help boost our immunity and equip our bodies against germs and toxins.

Nourish’s Harvest of the Month is an initiative that focuses on seasonally relevant foods that can be sourced locally in Wisconsin. Nourish operates its nutrition programming and education on a three-year rotation of these crops, featuring one crop a month. Check back here monthly or sign up for our email newsletter to find out what we’re currently harvesting. We will share awesome recipes as well as some interesting educational pieces that you can share with others.
